About 6 Days Lemosho Route

Our 6 Days Lemosho Route destinations in TanzaniaThis route is best for those who want to avoid crowds and beginners who want to avoid many steep sections. The route does not offer climb high and sleep low option but acclimatization can be done in the 6 days itinerary.
Rongai route is the only route that approaches the mountain from the north near the Kenyan border; it’s a quiet route and offers amazing scenery. The route can be done in six days but we advise that it gets done in seven days so as to get an acclimatization day in mawenzi tarn camp. It is very crucial to acclimatize to increase chances to reach summit. The northern side of the mountain receives very little rainfall so climbers are likely to get a clearer view of the mountaintop along the path. Climbing Kilimanjaro is overall not easy but rongai route is considered one of the more accessible trails to the mountain.
